Developer and operator: Katherine is the developer, operator and owner of three self-storage facilities in Ashland, Grand Island and Waverly, Nebraska operated under the Storage Ninjas brand. Her Class A boat and RV storage facilities include Haslet Storage in Fort Worth, Texas, Bon Voyage Storage in Oglesby, Illinois and Texas 380 RV Storage & Park in Denton, Texas.

Feasibility consultant: As Sensei of Self-Storage Ninjas, clients across the U.S. rely on Katherine D’Agostino’s unbiased self-storage, boat and RV storage, flex warehouse, contractor yard and storage condo feasibility reports to make informed decisions. She also specializes in reverse studies to identify viable trade areas, expansion reports, and business and marketing plan creation all within the storage space. Over the past seven years, Katherine has written hundreds of storage feasibility studies for clients across America, analyzing thousands of competitors in person and remotely.

Owner’s representative: Brian’s specialized focus is on guiding complex self-storage, boat and RV storage, and small-bay flex warehouse projects from concept to completion. Community planning and governance: Beyond his commercial endeavors, Brian is committed to community planning and governance.
